Body

WHEREAS, on September 28, 2024,  Bigos Cosmopolitan Mater Tenant LLC d/b/a The Cosmopolitan (License ID #20240001982) applied for a Parking Ramp (Private) license for the premises 250 6^th St E, and

WHEREAS, on January 8, 2025, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; with a response date of January 23, 2025; and

WHEREAS, in response to the notification no objections or comments were received; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, the license application approval for the Parking Ramp (Private) license is hereby approved and issued to Bigos Cosmopolitan Mater Tenant LLC d/b/a The Cosmopolitan (License ID #20240001982) for the premises located at 250 6^th St E. with no existing licensing conditions.
