RESOLVED, the City Council for the City of Saint Paul authorizes and directs the proper City officials to hereby pay the amount of $9,500,000.00 (nine million, five hundred thousand and zero cents) in full and final settlement of the lawsuit captioned, Margarita Davison, individually and as parent and natural guardian of J.T., a minor v. Exavir Dwayne Binford, Jr., the City of St. Paul, Trenton Henspeter, Thao Vue and Eric Thompson, United States Federal District Court of Minnesota, Court Case No. 24-cv-145 JWB/ECW, for all damages, injuries and costs as alleged or could have been alleged in Plaintiffs’ Complaint and any amendments thereto.
