WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 26-61 on August 5, 2026 which granted an extension to August 14, 2026 to abate the nuisance conditions (wood/tree debris on blvd) and grant to September 4, 2026 for removal (or approval) of raised bed in blvd and restoring ground cover) at 1597 Charles Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on September 15, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions with the September 4, 2026 deadline (removal (or approval) of raised bed in blvd and restoring ground cover) were not abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement.
