Authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) and Ramsey County for MnDOT’s Trunk Highway 61 Project.
Body
WHEREAS, MnDOT has a project on Trunk Highway 61 from Trunk Highway 94 to Carver Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City and Ramsey County have agreed to cost participation and maintenance responsibilities as outlined in the agreement; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into MnDOT Agreement No.1062174 with the State of Minnesota and Ramsey County, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and, be it finally
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
