Authorizing the City Council to purchase food and beverages for the City Council retreat to be held on April 29th, 2026.

WHEREAS, the City Council has scheduled a retreat to be held on April 29th, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of this retreat is for council members to create a shared 2026 budget agenda and discuss the upcoming budget cycle; and
WHEREAS, council members will also share their ward-specific and citywide budget priorities; and
WHEREAS, the expenditure of money for food and beverages serves a public purpose by fostering a collaborative space for council members to learn and share ideas, including during lunch; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council is authorized to purchase food and beverages for the City Council retreat to be held on April 29, 2026
