Making finding on the appeal of Rich C. Nelson to a nuisance abatement ordered for 2348 BUFORD AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 26-84.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 26-84 on September 9, 2026 which granted an extension to September 11, 2026 to abate the removal or proper (indoor) storage of fence poles, scrap wood, any plastic tubs lacking covers or draining holes at 2348 Buford Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on September 15, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions [were / were not] abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is [abated and the matter resolved / not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement].
