Purpose of Appeal: My request for a reprieve on Condemnation and Revocation of Certificate of Occupancy on the 7/5/2018 Correction Notice. My request for more time on 7/31/2018 Correction Notice because I have to allow HOA to address issues with attic ventilation and corrections. The attic isue has held up the completion of the city work order.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Angelina Reese to a Correction Notice - Re-Inspection Complaint, including Condemnation of Unit 203 at 1365 ARKWRIGHT STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
