Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): PO did not utilize Yard Waste Service in 2025
Staff Comments: PO received assessment for YW. The PO subscribed to YW service with WM for years prior. This year, the PO did not receive a cart and attempted to place YW bags at the curb for collection in Q2. When they were not picked up after a few days, he would drive them to the YW site himself and stopped setting bags out. PO asking for YW subscription charges to be removed. Staff recommends removing Yard Waste assessment.
