Making finding on the appeal of Barry Campbell to a nuisance abatement ordered for 449 VAN DYKE STREET in Council File RLH SAO 26-71.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 26-71 on September 2, 2026 which granted an extension to September 4, 2025 to abate the nuisance conditions (storage pod) at 449 Van Dyke Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on September 15, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions [were / were not] abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is [abated and the matter resolved / not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement].
