Purpose of Appeal
Please give me more time. I replaced my driveway, painted the house and garage, replaced the roof and I am in the middle of replacing all the windows. I already have 3 done. I put in a new wall also, all within the last year. I would like an extension because I am taking all the money to do this from my retirement account and the weather got too cold to finish. The only broken window is next to be replaced.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Kari M. Miner to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 601 HYACINTH AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal and the property owner is removed from the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
