Authorizing the City Council to expend up to $400.00 for food and refreshments at a Ward 6 Community Engagement Event in December.

WHEREAS the Ward 6 Community Engagement Event will be held in December 2025 at a location to be determined.
WHEREAS the purpose of the meeting is to hear about upcoming projects and changes, and allow neighbors and local organizations to connect with city staff and their councilmember; and
WHEREAS the expenditure of money for light refreshments serves a public purpose by fostering community engagement and facilitating discussions among residents; and therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council is hereby authorized to expend an amount not to exceed $400.00 for food and refreshments at a Ward 6 Community Engagement Event in December.
