Ratifying the assessments for Demolition Services from September 2011 (Non-CDBG Funds) (File No. J1203C, Assessment No. 122002)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-2122 accepted the Report of Completion for Demolition of Vacant Buildings during September 2011 (NON-CDBG Funds); and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 18, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services, having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found said assessments satisfactory; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that said assessments be and the same are hereby in all respects ratified pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Chapter 14 and Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 60: Property Service Cost Assessments; And, Be It
FURTHER RESOLVED, that said assessments are hereby ratified and determined to be payable in one installment.
