Approving the application for change of ownership to the Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle license (License ID #DSIBLAUTO-002364-2026) now held by EMR Auto Sales LLC d/b/a EMR Auto Sales for the premises located at 1414 Arcade St.

WHEREAS, EMR Auto Sales LLC d/b/a EMR Auto Sales (“Licensee”) applied for a change of ownership to the Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle license (License ID #DSIBLAUTO-002364-2026) for the premises located at 1414 Arcade St.; and
WHEREAS, On July 23, 2026, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification with a response date of August 7, 2026; and
WHEREAS, On July 28, 2026, the Licensee signed a License Condition Affidavit agreeing to follow all conditions that are in place; and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the application for change of ownership; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the change of ownership application for the Second Hand Dealer - Motor Vehicle license (License ID #DSIBLAUTO-002364-2026) is hereby approved and the license issued to EMR Auto Sales LLC d/b/a EMR Auto Sales for the premises located at 1414 Arcade St. with the following license conditions:
1. CUP #95-133: The site must be maintained according to the approved site plan on file with DSI dated 10/3/08. Any changes to the site plan must be approved in writing by the DSI Zoning Administrator.
2. CUP #95-133: A maximum of fifteen (15) total vehicles may be parked outdoors on the property at any time: no more than twelve (12) for-sale vehicles may be displayed/parked, and at least three (3) customer/employee spaces shall be available on the property. All vehicles must be parked according to the approved site plan on file with DSI.
3. CUP #95-133: The permitted hours of operation shall be from 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. M-F and 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Sat...
