WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 26-107 on October 28, 2026 which granted an extension to November 2, 2026 to abate the nuisance conditions (removal of pallets) at 1104 Farrington Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on November 3, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were partially abated forthcoming; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is partially abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with the completion of the nuisance abatement forthcoming, pending November 3, 2026 Legislative Hearing.
