WHEREAS, the position of Director of Human Resources was vacated by Toni Newborn; and
WHEREAS, the positions of Interim Co-Directors of Human Resources have been held by Jason Schmidt and Abigail Gadea; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Kamaria Kassim to serve as the Director of Human Resources; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council approves the appointment, made by the Mayor, of Kamaria Kassim, to serve as the Director of Human Resources, effective February 9, 2026.
