WHEREAS, Bang Brewing Company LLC d/b/a Bang Brewing Company (License ID# 20120004741) applied for the expansion of the Malt On Sale (Brewery Taproom), Malt Off Sale (Brewery), Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) & Liquor On Sale - Sunday licenses for the premises located at 2320 Capp Road, in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification on April 24, 2024, with a response date of May 9, 2024; and
WHEREAS, on April 4, 2024, the Department of Safety and Inspections received a letter from St. Anthony Park Community Council stating their support for the issuance of the license; and
WHEREAS, in response to the notification, no objections were received, and the Council finds that the application is in order with no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it; and
RESOLVED, the addition of the expansion of the existing Malt On Sale (Brewery Taproom), Malt Off Sale (Brewery), Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) & Liquor On Sale - Sunday licenses are hereby approved and issued to Bang Brewing Company LLC d/b/a Bang Brewing Company (License ID# 20120004741), for the premises located at 2320 Capp Road, in Saint Paul, with no existing license conditions.
