Appellant brought in both revocation notices from the doors of the building. Staff told appellant that the notices should be put back on the doors.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Eugene V. Sitzmann, Grand Heritage Properties LLC, to a Revocation of Fire Certification of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1659 GRAND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal if these conditions are met: 1) by April 1, 2014 interior items and the stairway must be corrected; and 2) by July 1, 2014 for the exterior work must come into compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
