RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Christopher Lollie and his attorney, Andrew Irlbeck, Applebaum Law Firm, the total sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars and no cents ($100,000.00) in full and final settlement in civil case no. 14-CV-4784 (SRN/HB) for damages and attorney’s fees arising from the incident occurring on January 31, 2014.
