BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul, based on a review of the legislative hearing record testimony heard at public hearing on February 16, 2011 and motion of intent hereby memorializes the decisions for the following:
1. Deny the appeal and extension to March 1, 2011 for Lafonda Shamsid-Deen at 836 Carroll Avenue in reference to the January 14, 2011 Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate letter;
2. Grant the appeal for Item 15, deny and extension granted to April 30, 2011 for Item 16, deny the appeal for Item 18, and deny the appeal and extension granted to September 30, 2011 for William Wengler at 857 Grand Avenue in reference to the September 2, 2010 Fire Inspection Correnction Notice letter;
3. Deny the appeal for David O'Loughlin, Crown Bluff Enterprises, on behalf of Mike Brodtmann, at 1665 Juliet Avenue in reference to the January 7, 2011 Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination letter;
4. Deny the appeal and extension granted to April 30, 2011 for John Krenik at 817 Aldine Street in reference to the Summary Abatement Order, Vehicle Abatement Order, and Correction Notice-Compliant Inspection letters; and
4. Deny the appeal for Ben Hill at 853 Conway Street in reference to the December 31, 2010 Vacant Building Registration Notice.
