WHEREAS on April 17, 2024, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 24-21 to ratify the assessment for Graffiti Removal services during August 15 to October 30, 2023. (File No. J2404P, Assessment No. 248403; and
WHEREAS, the property at 345 Jackson Street, being described as: Samuel Leeche’s Addition to the Town of Saint Paul N 90 Ft of Lot 8 and N 90 Ft of W 3 Ft of Lot 9 Blk 4, with the property identification number 06-28-22-11-0013 was assessed an amount of $278; and
WHEREAS, Angela Goodrich for Interstate Parking reached out and stated that the graffiti was not at 435 Jackson Street property. After review of the photos by the City, the graffiti was at the building between Sibley and Kellogg; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the City Council delete the assessment; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $232.92, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 24-21 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
