Appeal of Linda Huber to a Summary Abatement Order at 1133 BLAIR AVENUE.

Purpose of Appeal: Neighbor desicrated tree on my front lawn without permission. She then called City I believe after fact. I had a pruner who said I should talk to Arborist that is registered and that appointment is 3-26-18. lp as I plan to seek damages ect. Will have her letter sometime after 3-26-18 as well. Because she (neighbor) had no business just desicrating my tree.

WHEREAS, in the matter of appeal of Linda Huber to a Summary Abatement Order at 1133 BLAIR AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
