WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of LaSonda Moore to a Revocation of Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1214 MINNEHAHA AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to April 1, 2015 for tenants in Units 1 and 2 to vacate; noting the Certificate of Occupancy shall remain revoked; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
