Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Property owner submitted a vacancy on 04/24/2020. They want to know how many units were listed as vacant and time period during which the vacancy was applied.
Staff Comments: Staff confirmed that there was a vacancy submitted on 04/23/2021 for two of the three units. However, the property owner claims that there were two carts at the property during Q3 2020. Therefore staff recommends removing the cost of a single 64-gal cart with late fees for Q3 2020. This would reduce the Q3 2020 assessment to $283.43.
