Body

WHEREAS, JED Inc., d/b/a La Cucaracha (License ID 20230001446) applied for Liquor On Sale - 101 -180 Seats and a Liquor On Sale-Sunday license for the premises located at 36 Dale Street South in Saint Paul.

WHEREAS, on September 5, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and 

WHEREAS, in response to the September 5, 2023, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the above-mentioned licenses; and

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, a Liquor On Sale - 101 -180 Seats and a Liquor On Sale-Sunday license are hereby approved and issued to JED Inc., d/b/a La Cucaracha (License ID 20230001446) for the premises located at  36 Dale Street South  in Saint Paul.
