Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 239 BATES AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 25-60.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 25-60 on January 7, 2026 which granted an extension to abate the nuisance conditions (grant to January 1, 2026 for compliance with items related to weight lifting and punching bag(s), and grant to June 1, 2026 for compliance with balance of orders and deny the appeal on the vehicle abatement order, noting the camper has been abated at 239 Bates Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on June 2, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions for the June 1, 2026 deadline (balance of orders) and found these conditions forthcoming; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance conditions (balance of orders) are forthcoming.
