WHEREAS, Snelling-Midway Management Company LLC d/b/a Midway Diner applied for Liquor On Sale, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) licenses (License ID #DSIBLLIQ-000762-2026) for the premises located at 445 Simpson St.; and
WHEREAS, On May 19, 2026, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification with a response date of June 3, 2026; and
WHEREAS, The Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the application for the licenses; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the application for the Liquor On Sale, Liquor On Sale - Sunday, and Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) licenses (License ID #DSIBLLIQ-000762-2026) is hereby approved and the licenses issued to Snelling-Midway Management Company LLC d/b/a Midway Diner for the premises located at 445 Simpson St. with no license conditions.
