Authorizing the Department of Emergency Management to pay for all costs incurred to host a Regional Capabilities and Gap Analysis Workshop on September 16, 2015 at the Paul and Sheila Wellstone Center.
Body
Pursuant to the 2015 City Budget, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to remit payment for the Regional Capabilities and Gap Analysis Workshop expenses not to exceed $450.00. This will pay for all costs incurred by the Department of Emergency Management to provide lunch for the workshop participants from each of the Urban Area's ten counties and two cities. The workshop will be held on September 16, 2015 at the Paul and Sheila Wellstone Center. The cost of the workshop will be covered by the 2014 Urban Area Security Initiative grant that the Department of Emergency Management received from the State of Minnesota. The public purpose of this workshop is for the participants from the counties and the cities to review their processes and coordination factors.
A copy of said order is to be kept on file and of record in the Office of Financial Services.
