WHEREAS, M/I Homes of Minneapolis/St. Paul, LLC, Zoning File PEDSUBD-000635-2026, submitted for City Council approval the attached final (combined) plat to create three (3) blocks, fourteen (14) F1 Ford River Residential District lots, twenty-eight (28) F2 Ford Residential Mixed Low District lots, and two (2) outlots, on property at 966 Mississippi River Boulevard (parcel identification numbers 17.28.23.42.0009 and 17.28.23.42.0010), with future addresses for the 42 parcels as follows:

WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing before the City Council for the plat was duly published in the official newspaper of the City on October 2, 2026, and notices were duly mailed to each owner of affected property on October 1, 2026 and property situated wholly or partly within 350 feet of the subject property; and
