WHEREAS, on May 16, 2024, Mississippi Mutts LLC d/b/a Dogtopia of Saint Paul (License ID 20240000909) applied for an Animal Boarding (Commercial)- New Location license for the premises located at 2418 University Ave W., in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on May 29, 2024, the Department of Safety and Inspections received an email from Karen Nancekivell, of Dogtopia of Saint Paul, stating the positive support they have received for the issuance of the license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, an Animal Boarding (Commercial) - New Location license is hereby approved and issued to Mississippi Mutts LLC d/b/a Dogtopia of Saint Paul (License ID 20240000909) for the premises located 2418 University Ave W., in Saint Paul, with no existing license conditions.
