Ratifying the assessments for Collection of Vacant Building Fees Services from February 2012. (File No. VB1207, Assessment No. 128807)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-652 accepted the Report of Completion for Collection of Vacant Building Fees from the month of February 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on July 18, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified with the following amendments which will be considered seperately:
RLH TA 12-299 - 827 Aurora Avenue;
RLH TA 12-301 - 997 Farrington Street;
RLH TA 12-300 - 633 Palace Avenue;
RLH TA 12-298 - 1653 Sherwood Avenue; and
RLH TA 12-370 - 907 Third Street East; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
