Approving the Memorandum of Agreement between the City and Manual & Maintenance Supervisors Association for the purpose of establishing an on-call scheduling and payment process for Supervisors in the Street Maintenance division of the Public Works department.

Whereas, the last Labor Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Manual & Maintenance Supervisors Association, was approved by Saint Paul City Council on July 26, 2023, continues in full force and effect through December 31, 2025, and thereafter until modified or amended by mutual agreement of the parties; and
Whereas, the City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Manual & Maintenance Supervisors Association have a tentative Memorandum of Agreement for the purpose of establishing an on-call scheduling and payment process for Supervisors in the Street Maintenance division of the Public Works department that once approved, shall continue in full force and effect through October 31, 2024; now therefore, be it
Resolved, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.3(5), hereby approves and ratifies the attached Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and Manual & Maintenance Supervisors Association.
