Amending the financing and spending budgets in the Department of Public Works in order to transfer $138,000 of available MSA financing from the Ames/Case/White Bear Avenue Project into the 2015 MSA Contingency Project.
Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works constructed the Ames/Case/White Bear Avenue Project in 2014 under the RSVP Program, and
WHEREAS, there was an original budget established for this project that included MSA financing which was not needed on the project, and
WHEREAS, standard practice of the Department is to transfer unused MSA budget from individual project(s) into the appropriate contingency project in order for that budget to be used on other project(s), and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.4 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for transfer, funds of $138,000 in the Capital Improvement Budgets; so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $138,000 is available for transfer in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvement Budgets in the following particulars:
