Appeal of Marina Liberman, Moscow on the Hill, to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 371 SELBY AVENUE.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, February 15, 2022, teleconference between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal: The Fire Inspector requested that we take down our plastic curtains in the east dining room. These curtains are used as a COVID deterrent. They provide a physical barrier between customers. They are not an obstruction to the sprinklers and in no way provide a fire threat. Please see attached photos. This is a temporary solution to the COVID program and will be removed ASAP. Thank you for your time and considerations.
