Amending the previously reduced assessment to correct the property address for the Appealed Special Tax Assessment for property at 940 IDAHO AVENUE EAST adopted by Council on September 16, 2026 to 940 IDAHO AVENUE WEST (File No. CG26Q1B3, Assessment No. 260153)

WHEREAS on September 16, 2026, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH TA 26-182, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2026 at 940 Idaho Avenue West. (File No. CG26Q1B3, Assessment No. 260153)
WHEREAS, the property at 940 Idaho Avenue West, being described as: Huebscher's Addition Lot 10 Blk 1; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the assessment be deleted;
WHEREAS, on September 24, 2026 staff request that this resolution be amended to reflect a scrivener’s error on the property address and that the property address should be 940 Idaho Avenue West; Now, Therefore Be It,
RESOLVED, that Council Files RLH TA 26-182 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
