WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Denise Skorka to a Vacant Building Registration Fee warning Letter at 1104 COOK AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council referred matter back to Legislative Hearing on February 21, 2017 and the owner should provide a statement of their residency expectation, including timelines and apply for a building only inspection grant the appeal and allowing owners to be released from the Vacant Building Program; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
