Authorizing the City to enter into Cooperative Agreement PW2015-10 with Ramsey County for the Construction of Accessible Pedestrian Signal Systems (APS) on White Bear Avenue and Cleveland Avenue.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul (City) and Ramsey County (County) desire to construct Accessible Pedestrian Signals Systems (APS) on White Bear Avenue and Cleveland Avenue; and
WHEREAS, White Bear Avenue, in the areas affected by reconstruction, is designated County State Aid Highway 65; and
WHEREAS, Cleveland Avenue, in the area affected by reconstruction, is designated County State Aid Highway 46; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County Agreement PW2015-10 defines the engineering, administrative, and construction cost participation responsibilities of Ramsey County and the City of Saint Paul for implementation of the project; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into Ramsey County Agreement PW2015-10, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it further
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
