WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Kaytee Schugel, Caspian Realty, on behalf of Investors Capital LLC, to a letter from the Department of Safety and Inspections plus a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 933 ALBEMARLE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal on the vacant building registration, deny the appeal on the code compliance inspection requirement and grant a 90-day waiver on the vacant building fee; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
