WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Derrick Malone to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement & Summary Abatement Order at 394 HOPE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to January 21, 2022 to have Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated; waive vacant building fee for 90 days and make property a Category 1 vacant building status, and allow permits to be pulled; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
