Title
Appeal of Renewal by Andersen, on behalf of John Wilebski, to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 1239 SCHEFFER AVENUE.

Purpose of Appeal
We are appealing a bank of 3 replacement windows that will not comply w/egress policy.  All 3 windows are located in a row which makes alteration difficult.  Also, changing to different operating style will allow for less clear opening dimensions in width.  Homeowner prefers not to change style or configuration.
