Transferring funds between projects and making accounting corrections in Neighborhood STAR Year-Round program accounts.

The attached financial analysis template will move Neighborhood STAR Year-Round Program funds into one (1) project specific code to reflect action adopted via City Council Resolution #13-386.  In addition, two (2) previously funded Neighborhood STAR Year-Round Program projects were finished under budget.  These balances are being moved from project specific codes into the Neighborhood STAR Year-Round Program code.  Finally, accounting corrections are being made on two (2) Neighborhood STAR Year-Round project codes.
