Title
Appeal of Francis Crowley to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter at 912 FRY STREET.
Date/Time of 1st LH: Tuesday, October 8, 2024, teleconference between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Purpose of Appeal: A car fire started a corner of house on fire, which was immediately put out by the fire department. I timely filed the Vacant Building Registration Form stating that I planned to rehabilitate the house. The outside siding on the corner was burned along with some of the outside boards under the siding, but mostly smoke damage inside. The outside is now ready for inspection prior to putting on the new siding, which I had to special order in 5" to match the current siding because only 4" was in stock. (There are additional comments in the letter attached to the appeal.)
Date of Order(s) Under Appeal: September 16, 2024
