Adopting the 2024 Stormwater Permit Annual Report.

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul was reissued a federally mandated stormwater permit from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) on October 17th, 2024; and
WHEREAS, the stormwater permit requires the City to develop a Stormwater Management Program and submit an Annual Report documenting the implementation of this program; and
WHEREAS, the stormwater permit requires the City to submit a Council Resolution adopting the Annual Report; and
WHEREAS, a public comment period was held on the 2024 Annual Report and Stormwater Management Program from April 30th to June 2nd, 2025; and
WHEREAS, a public meeting was held on the 2024 Annual Report and Stormwater Management Program on May 31st, 2025; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul adopts the “2024 Stormwater Permit Annual Report” for submission to the MPCA.
