Authorizing the City to enter into a Master Services Agreement with Yardstik, Inc. (which includes an indemnification clause) to provide the Department of Parks and Recreation (Department) with certain reports and investigation services.
Body
WHEREAS, the Department provides programs, camps, and classes for youth and adults of all ages; and
WHEREAS, the Department seeks to enter into a Master Services Agreement with Yardstik, Inc., to perform certain reports and investigation services for instructors and volunteers that will be working with youth; and
WHEREAS, said agreement contains an indemnification clause, which the Council finds reasonable and appropriate; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby approves the Department entering into a Master Services Agreement with Yardstik, Inc., which includes indemnification; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are authorized and directed to execute the Master Services Agreement and any related documents necessary to carry out this agreement.
