WHEREAS, the Liquor On Sale - 100 Seats or Less license held by Red Lantern 2, Inc. d/b/a Red Lantern Sushi and Noodle Bar (License ID# 20150003718) for the premises located at 465 Wabasha Avenue in Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Suspend License dated August 29, 2017; and
WHEREAS, the Notice stated the licensee failed to pay the delinquent Liquor On Sale-100 Seats or less (Second Half) license fees; and
WHEREAS, the licensing office recommended license suspension; and
WHEREAS, the license failed to respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend License to pay the delinquent fees, request a public hearing or cancel the license; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend License stated that if the licensee failed to pay the delinquent license fees, request a public hearing or cancel the license by September 8, 2017, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Liquor On Sale - 100 Seats or Less license held by Red Lantern 2, Inc. d/b/a Red Lantern Sushi and Noodle Bar (License ID# 20150003718) for the premises located at 465 Wabasha Avenue is hereby suspended.
FURTHER RESOLVED, the license will remain suspended until the licensee pays all delinquent license and late fees to the Department of Safety and Inspections.
