RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Ahmed Ali and his attorneys, J. Ashwin Madia and Zane Umsted, Madia Law LLC; and Charlie R. Alden, Gilbert Aden Barbosa PPLC, the total sum of Two Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Dollars and no cents ($295,000.00) in full and final settlement of the Ramsey County lawsuit entitled, Ahmed Ali v. City of St. Paul, et. al. Case No. 62-CV-23-1845, for any and all claims, damages and fees arising out of the litigation.
