Amending the Citywide Capital Maintenance budget for the Fleet Services division in the Office of Financial Services

Body

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of Financial Services to amend the capital budget for the reallocation of funds within existing budgets. This is a reallocation of budgeted spending to more accurately reflect anticipated spending and provide appropriate levels of spending authority within accounting unit budgets. The Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner specified in the attached financial analysis form.
