Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1009 FAIRMOUNT AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 24-56.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 24-56 on September 11, 2024 which granted an extension to September 20, 2024 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1009 Fairmount Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on September 24, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
