Resolution Appointing Melanie McMahon as the Executive Director of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota.

WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul is overseen by an Executive Director; and
WHEREAS, the position of Executive Director of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority was held on an interim basis by Melanie McMahon and it is necessary to appoint a new Executive Director; and
WHEREAS, the Executive Director of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority can be, but does not have to be, the individual who is appointed and serves as the Director of the City of Saint Paul’s Department of Planning and Economic Development: and
WHEREAS, Melanie McMahon was appointed as the Director of the Department of Planning and Economic Development; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, hereby appoints Melanie McMahon as the Executive Director of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
