Approving the Maintenance Labor Agreement (May 1, 2020 - April 30, 2021) between the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local 10.

WHEREAS, the Maintenance Labor Agreement (May 1, 2020 - April 30, 2021) between the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local 10 was withdrawn from the City Council agenda (Res 10-1031) and corrected; and
WHEREAS, the last Maintenance Labor Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local 10, which was approved by Saint Paul City Council on June 14, 2017, continues in full force and effect through April 30, 2020, and thereafter until modified or amended by mutual agreement of the parties; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local 10 reached a tentative agreement on a new Maintenance Labor Agreement, that once approved, shall be effective as of May 1, 2020, and shall continue in full force and effect through April 30, 2021, and thereafter until modified or amended by mutual agreement of the parties; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.03 (5) hereby approves and ratifies the attached Maintenance Labor Agreement (May 1, 2020 - April 30, 2021) between the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local 10.
