WHEREAS on August 7, 2024, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 24-50, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Rubbish & Garbage Clean Up services during February 1 to 12, 2024. (File No. J2420R, Assessment No. 248524); and
WHEREAS, the property at 99 Orange Avenue West, being described as: Wifelburg Hills Lot 29, Blk 3, with the property identification number 19-29-22-33-0119 was assessed an amount of $353; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was held on August 22, 2024 under SR 24-129 to review the matter and the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $353, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 24-50 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
